Refund Policy
At Forge Market, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and services they purchase. However, due to the nature of digital products, we have specific refund policies in place. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.
1. General Information
Forge Market owns and distributes intangible copyrighted digital products and services. We cannot issue full refunds after product delivery or related services completion due to their nature. This policy clarifies refund cases and exceptional circumstances under which our products and services may be eligible for a refund.
2. Causes for a Refund
- Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive a delivery email due to issues with your email provider or mail server, contact us within 14 days from the order date. Failure to contact us within this period will be considered as product received and downloaded.
- Major defects: If you encounter bugs, critical errors, or functionality defects, report these issues to the product author by submitting a ticket through your user account. The author has 3 business days to rectify the error. If the defect is verified and not fixed within this timeframe, Forge Market may issue a full refund. Note that we do not refund for incompatibility with third-party software unless specified in the product description.
- Product not-as-described: If the purchased item does not match its description, report this within 14 days from the purchase date with clear evidence. Refunds are not issued based on false expectations or wishes.
3. How to Request a Refund
Users can submit a refund request through their personal Forge Market account by using the "Create a Dispute" option in "My Products" within 14 days after the buying date. If there is no response from the author, or the issue is not resolved within 5 business days, users may escalate the refund request to Forge Market. We will investigate and decide the outcome based on the information provided by both parties within 7 days of escalation. Ensure that your refund request is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions before submission.
4. Reasons Not Eligible for Refunds
- You (or your client) no longer need the purchased item.
- You found another item you like better or you’ve changed your mind.
- You don’t have sufficient expertise to use the item.
- You don’t have the correct software to open and edit the item.
- You bought the item on accident.
- The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality.
- You can no longer access the item because it has been removed (customers are advised to download items as soon as they purchase them).
5. Updates to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any amendments will be posted on this page and will become effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after the posting of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
